The action from NFL Thursday Night Football gets going at 8:25PM Eastern Time on CBS TV as the San Francisco 49ers host the Arizona Cardinals. The current odds available for wagering at Oddsmaker, where the bonuses are the best in the business has the road team Arizona Cardinals favored by -4 points with the total set at 43 ½ points. Both teams are 1-3 on the season. The Cardinals have dropped two straight. They returned home after a bad loss to the Buffalo Bills and were beaten by the LA Rams 17-13 as the team committed five turnovers. Carson Palmer suffered a concussion in the loss and has been listed as doubtful for the game. If Palmer cannot play it will be Drew Stanton getting the start. In the loss last week Stanton was 4 of 11 for 37 yards and two touchdowns. The 49ers have lost three straight. They were up 14-0 early in the second period against the Dallas Cowboys and failed to hold it in a 24-17 home defeat.

Thursday Night Football on ESPN will feature the Memphis Tigers at home to the Temple Owls with a kick off set for 8PM Eastern Time. Memphis is favored by -10 points with the total set at 60 ½ points. This is a revenge opportunity for Memphis as they traveled in windy conditions in late November last year at Temple and dropped a 31-12 decision as a +3 ½ point underdog. Temple has a two game win streak after a 45-20 home victory to SMU. Memphis looks to bounce back from their first loss of the season in a 48-28 road defeat at Mississippi.

On CBS Sports Network at 8PM Eastern Time the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs will host the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers. The road side Western Kentucky is favored by -3 points with an over under set at 67 points. Western Kentucky is 3-2 with losses coming against SEC schools in Vanderbilt and Alabama. Louisiana Tech sits at 2-3. They bounce back from a two game losing streak by beating UTEP at home 28-7.
